Do you sell the cakes and cupcakes already decorated?
No.
We hand make the decorations for you to add to your own bakes or Shop bought cakes!
How do I store my decoration before use?
Please keep your fondant decorations in a cool dry place, a cardboard box is ideal… if put in a tin or plastic box they are likely to soften. DO NOT put in the fridge or freezer as this will cause condensation to form when you take it out and the icing soften.
How can the decorations be applied to my cake?
The fondant decorations can be attached to your cake with a small amount of royal icing, edible glue, or just put onto cupcakes that have been coated in buttercream.
Are your decorations suitable for vegetarians?
Our handmade fondant toppers are suitable for Vegetarians.
Do your fondant decorations contain Nuts & are they Gluten free?
The fondant products we use to create our designs are made in a factory that handles nuts.
Cupcake Toppers do not claim or test for gluten on fondant products. We have no documentation or certification which would allow us to claim that these products meet the legal criteria for “gluten free”, which is less than 20ppm.
How long does it take to create my decoration?
Our decorations are handmade to order.
Dispatch times can vary depending on your order quantity and how busy we are. Lead times can be upto two weeks.
Decorations require a minimum of 72hrs drying time depending on icing thickness.
What happens if my decoration arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your item so it arrives in the best condition, so please open gently as the designs are very delicate and can easily break.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase however occasionally items can get damaged during transit & when going through the postal system please understand this is not our fault… but if you send us a photo of your damaged item we will do our best to resolve the problem by way of replacement or alternative resolution.
